1. Opportunities to Earn Online
Online opportunities are popping up all over the internet. There are thousands, and many of them profitable, but be sure to watch for scams. Keep in mind, you will not get rich with these opportunities, but you are able to gain some pocket change to supplement your other money making efforts. The ones listed here are just a few reputable ways to earn money online.
CashCrate—with CashCrate you earn money by completing surveys, offers, watching videos, and shopping online when using their site. You can receive one dollar just for signing up and then you can earn anywhere from a few cents to $30 for completing assigned tasks. The downside is that you will need either a PayPal account or payment or be willing to accept a check.
FusionCash—this is another online platform that allows you to make money by taking surveys, watching videos, online shopping, or completing short tasks and much more. Upon signing up you automatically earn $5.00, and their payments range from $.25 to $30 depending on the task you undertake. Once your account reaches $25, payments are distributed either via PayPal, check, or direct deposit. However, some of their offers require a credit card, so if you’d rather not hand out your CC information, look for offers that require no credit card.
InboxDollars—this is one of the most popular platforms where you can make a little extra money. Their payments come from offers, watching videos, playing online games, using their search engine when surfing online, online surveys, reading emails, redeeming coupons, and a few other methods. Just for signing up you will receive $5.00 in your account, and membership is free. The downside is that it takes a while to earn enough money to be able to get paid and they only distribute payments via check.
Swagbucks—on this platform, you will earn points known as SB (Swagbucks), and then you can redeem them for gift cards and coupons. Earning them requires you to play games, answer questions, shop online, surfing online, and referring friends. Your SB’s can be traded in for gift cards from retailers like Amazon, Target, Starbucks, PayPal, and even Walmart. You will also receive a $5.00 bonus just for signing up. Each one of these platforms has a rating with the Better Business Bureau.
2. Blogging for Money
Money making blogs are everywhere you look online. Blogging is easy, but earning money from the said blog may be a bit trickier if you’re trying to do it for free. There are two general options for getting started—use the free Word Press or Blogger option. Blogger is a free commercial platform for your use. Word Press does offer a premium option. Both platforms have similar functions and designs, but in order to monetize your blog, you must only do so through their ad networks.
Their ad networks are Word Ads or Ad sense ads. The free Word Press platform does allow for monetizing and affiliate marketing, but you must follow their terms of service. Using free platforms to start your blog may limit your earning at first, but they do allow you to grow your audience and following, then you can switch to premium services to keep making money from your blog.
3. Freelance Writing
You do not need professional training to be a freelance writer, but you should have a good grasp of the language you are using. Luckily, there are several grammar checking tools online that can help you improve your grammar, spelling, punctuation usage, sentence structure, and more. Every freelance writer uses these, even if they have been writing for decades. Keep in mind, spell checkers also make mistakes so do not rely on them to catch your spelling errors.
